Are your interpreters certified?
For court hearings and trials we assign state court-certified interpreters. For depositions, IMEs and client meetings we assign professional interpreters trained in legal and medical terminology and bound by an interpreter code of ethics.
Will USCIS accept your translations?
Our certified translations include the full English translation and a signed certification that the translator is competent in both languages and that the translation is complete and accurate, which is what USCIS requires for foreign-language documents.
Do you only work with injury firms?
No. Personal injury is our specialty, and we also serve immigration, family, criminal defense and business attorneys, companies, and individuals who need a document translated or an interpreter.
How fast can you book an interpreter?
Book as early as you can for depositions and IMEs, but we take short-notice requests every day. Remote video and phone interpreting can often be arranged the same day.
How do you protect medical records?
Files move through encrypted transfer, every linguist signs a confidentiality agreement, and documents are deleted after delivery unless you ask us to keep them.
How is pricing structured?
Interpreting is billed hourly with a two-hour minimum. Translation is priced per word or per page depending on the document, and audio transcription per minute. You always get a flat quote before work begins.
Do you work outside Colorado?
Yes. We cover on-site work across the Denver metro and Front Range, and remote video and phone interpreting and document translation for firms anywhere in the United States.
